Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the Tourist eSIM Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or participate in our affiliate program.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To qualify as an affiliate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address and payment method
• Operate a website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices

3. Commission Structure

Commission Rate: Affiliates can earn up to 20% commission on all successful sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

Cookie Duration: 30 days from the initial click

Commission Type: Percentage-based or fixed amount (as assigned by admin)

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount after refunds, taxes, and cancellations.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Monthly payouts on the 1st of each month
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD (or equivalent)
• Payment Methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise, Payoneer, Cryptocurrency
• Processing Time: 5-10 business days after payout generation
• Affiliates must have a verified payout method on file

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Using misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Bidding on Tourist eSIM branded keywords in paid search campaigns
• Sending unsolicited emails (spam)
• Misrepresenting Tourist eSIM products or services
• Using fraudulent methods to generate clicks or sales
• Creating fake accounts or using bots
• Violating any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

6. Approval Process

All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Approval may take up to 48 business hours.

7. Tracking and Attribution

We use cookie-based tracking to attribute sales to affiliates. Customers must have cookies enabled for proper attribution. Last-click attribution model is used for commission assignment. For reporting metrics, a unique click is defined as the first click from the same IP address for the same affiliate within a 24-hour window; additional clicks in that 24-hour window are logged as raw clicks but not counted as additional unique clicks.

8. Marketing Materials

Tourist eSIM provides approved marketing materials including banners, logos, and promotional copy. Affiliates must not modify these materials without written permission. Use of Tourist eSIM branding must comply with our brand guidelines.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

Commissions on refunded or charged-back orders will be deducted from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient, you agree to repay any negative balance owed.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

11. Liability and Indemnification

Tourist eSIM is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tourist eSIM from any claims resulting from your promotional activities.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
